Trick or Treat
from 5:00pm - 7:00pm
The Borough of Wilkinsburg will celebrate Halloween on October 31st with Trick or Treating from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Turn on your house or porch light to let families know that you are participating.
For trick or treaters: it's a good idea to wear some reflective clothing or walk with a lit flashlight.
